Hi,
I am a first time poster but I have been using kodi 17.3 on pc for a while now with no problems but today after I left kodi on my pc and went and did something else I came back a couple of hours later and the sound was muted and I was unable to unmute it also the cursor disappears when not being moved and the power button no longer works so I have to turn kodi off using the task manager.
I have tried playing something and going into the audio settings and applying the volume that way as recommended in a video but when I drag the bar from -60db to 0db it pulls itself back to -60db. I have tried uninstalling kodi and then reinstalling twice and tried restarting my pc which hasn’t fixed the problem so I am hoping to find a solution on this forum here is the required information:
