Failed to start commoncache

Hello everyone,

I am struggling to use video addons that rely on common plugin cashe.

Common plugin cashe retrieves message “Failed to start commoncache. Check log”.

Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

I do not know how to get the log but if you explain to me I can post it here.

I am using Kodi Krypton v17.3 for windows.
