Guide EPG not showing All Channels, only the channel I'm watching

Just updated to v21 and suddenly my guide is only displaying the EPG for the channel I’m actually watching. If I switch to a different channel it displays only that channels EPG. Previously Kodi displayed an all channels combined EPG regardless of which channel I was watching.
I use NextPVR in the backend and it’s guide shows the all channels EPG so I assume this is a Kodi setting but can’t find anything under the Settings->PVR & Live TV Channels or Guide panels that will “fix” this.
