Like in the title, when I use Refresh Rate switching, AI upscaling says it’s not required even though it’s a 1080p Playback on a 4K TV.
If I don’t use refresh rate switching, the video files can be a stutter mess.
Not sure if this setting is purposefully disabling AI Upscaling or not, but I didn’t read about it anywhere else.
I’m on 21.0.
This happens on other builds as well.
