Kodi updated via PlayStore to Omega yesterday (AndroidTV). After migrating Addons and DB, Kodi started and hung forever at “PVR Manager is starting 0%”.
Even after restart, the same Problem. Tried a few times.
Looking at the log gave this:
So I deleted EPGxx.db and TVxx.db and Kodi started and works since then.
Unfortunately, I forgot to save the Logfile.
Please move this thread, if this is the wrong section or ping devs to fix and/or identify the problem/bug.
If you want me to open a bugreport on github, please let me know.
