I’ve made a fresh install of VLC 3.0 on a Windows XP machine. When opening VLC from the start menu or desktop icon, only a command line interface opens. I’d like to use the console (GUI). Can’t find preferences in the CLI help menu and preferences in the start menu only opens a CLI. I’ve gone back to the installer’s Add/Remove/ Reinstall components option with no success. Suggestions plesase? Thanks very much!
