Is it possible to choose where to export files when doing a separate video export?

So all of my files are on OneDrive and are added using the OneDrive addon… however you can’t upload files to OneDrive using this method, making it difficult to export the library.
Maybe I can change the location of the media sources, not update the library and then export? Just seems a bit finnicky and risky – I’ll definitely backup before I do that.
