Checked and found that my laptop was included in to index in media libary but auto scan is off (i sill have refreshed several times in the past month ) also none of the files (including several videos) never showed up in my media library and when scanning it was only ever at the local files (on device storage) but never reached or showed any folder name (the small dialog box that shows up at botom with all the file name its scanning never showd any name of pc files) . on pc it only shows 4 gb of data usage under smb which was transfers i had done through other my files app on my phone.
off topic: there is also about 16 gb under android os which is a huge amount for a os to use. both of them confuses and concerns me
