Yeah, that was my only change. Replacing the file didn’t seem to work, VLC would then open a command line window, so I guess I did something wrong.
However I then realized I was compiling everything in debug mode, after I did another compile with the “-r” switch, I got a .zip file which I unzipped in VLC’s C:\Program Files folder and everything works now
