I learned that there is now a player for Windows which can show chapter images for MP3 files. Funnily, it uses the same podcast as example like I did in my previous post. It’s free, open source and it is probably still in beta stage. There is also an editor where you can add chapters to an MP3 file.

(Dunno if it is ok to link another media player. This one only plays MP3 files it seems. So no real competition to VLC)
