I’m new here so please excuse me if I get something wrong. I was searching here and on other sites for a solution of my problem but could not find one.
I had Kodi Nexus with Estuary MOD V2 running for a year just fine until yesterday. I tried to scan a new movie to the library, Kodi froze, had to end program with task manager. First time this happened so I checked if something was wrong with the movie file – it had not finished downloading.
I waited until download was complete and started Kodi. But it would not start. I got an error message saying there was a problem with the program and it needs shutting down. Restarted the pc, same error.
I stopped all addons from loading – same error.
Finally I backed up my Kodi appdata and program folders, uninstalled Kodi completely and made a new intallation with 20.5. Same error.
Since I was thinking about upgrading to Kodi 21, I tried that, uninstalled Kodi completely and made a new intallation with 21. Same error.
I really like Kodi and would love to keep it. I would really appreciate your help.
