Audio delay

Hey guys.
For some reason when I try to play any addon media the audio is delayed by around 2 seconds. On the TV media (m3u playlists) there isn’t any delay at first but it starts progressively delaying the audio.
I’ve also noticed that when I press to play addon media, there is also some delay for the audio to start playing, so maybe that’s the issue? I don’t know why that happens though. On the menu there is also some delay for the interface sound.
