I would like to request the addition of a button to either reload the entire media file (if it could maintain the current viewing position and zoom setting when reloaded automatically that would be the cherry on the cake!), and/or just the subtitles file that is being used for it.
As someone who uses VLC a lot for translating and subtitle synching purposes it always bugged me that I had to stop the video, start it over and then manually jump to the last location I’ve viewed each time I make a change to the subtitle file (typically .srt) that is being viewed so that it updates.
If there were an option to do that automatically with a single button that would be great!
