RGB-pi with kodi app inside, how to stream anime from my computer?

I have a windows 10 computer and I’d like to use my raspberry pi to watch anime on a CRT. 
I am using a gadget called RGB-Pi which outputs scart to use on a CRT monitor. That basically uses its own operating system on the pi and it supports kodi as a media player. 
What would be the best way to stream anime from my computer to the pi ?
