When I start my slide show in a folder, the pictures and videos run smoothly. Unfortunately, you cannot fast forward or pause the videos. In addition, the videos are so quiet that you can’t understand anything. If you jump manually to the images (direct pad on the right), some of the images are green from below and are therefore not displayed completely. How can I reactivate the control of the videos or increase the volume? And what is the green bar when creating images?

I have already increased the cache to 32 MB in the settings, but green bars still appear in the images every now and then.
