I upgraded both VLC to 3.0.21 and Nvidia Drivers to 555.99 (RTX 4060)… and the problem magically disappeared :shock:

Now i can play HEVC/h265 A/V, pause, and play keeps on going after restarting, both Audio & Video… no more freeze!!! :?

Video Config Ouput: Automatic
Audio Config Ouput: Automatic
Video HW Acceleration: D3D 11

Really do not know where the issue was :roll:
