I think the issue is not the filter itself but how it’s activated. From the advanced preferences, it should be enabled in the “Video” > “Filters” panel. But when it’s enabled that way it adds a “d3d11_filters” video filter to the command line, when in fact it should add amf_vqenhancer. If you set it manually, it should work.
