Why when a picture is sent as DLNA DMC it still on top and can't see next video?

Hi, I’m arguing with Kodi because when I send a picture and then a video, the picture still there while video just running on background, I need to press esc to see the video playing in background. Id this a bug of verson 21? How can I close that picture to see the video remotely? Thanks
