I’m using the Kodi Remote app for iOS to control kodi and attempt to play videos from the Amazon VOD, PBS Kids, and YouTube add-ons. I can navigate the kodi menu fine. When I get to a certain point like submitting a search for a video or starting to play a video, I will see the osmc logo animation for a few minutes and then the Kodi Remote app intermittently disconnects and reconnects to my system (I see the light in the app alternate between red and green), and I will see either a “one or more items failed to play” error or (in YouTube) the video will start playing for a few seconds and then show that error and intermittently disconnect and reconnect to the Kodi remote app, or the video will play with no sound and stop and show “buffering” every few seconds. I have not been able to get a video from any of these apps to play successfully for a few weeks.
