why hasn't Odroid upgraded N2+

I’m waiting to get an upgrade, the N2+, the soc inside it is just an overclocked soc made 6 years ago.
I want more performance. N2+ was gold standard for SBC running Kodi. frustrating that we haven’t had a true successor after all these years.
The original boards are still selling close to RRP after 5 years! crazy
