Kodi not playing videos on LG webOS TV.

I have downloaded Kodi to my LG TV using webOS dev manager. When downloading I receive the message – ‘this app is not compatible with your device’s SoC’. The device name is LG WEBOS TV UM7450PLA. The webOS tv version is 4.10.O-12(goldoilocks2-grampoians). The Kodi build is 21.0(21.0.0). Having downloaded I can access Kodi but it will not play vdeos from a USB hard drive. Any help out there?
