VLC for iOS, iPadOS and Apple TV • NO DLNA Server option for VLC 3.6 and TVOS 17.5.1?

Why is there no Network option for a DLNA Server with VLC 3.6 when installed on an AppleTV with TvOS 17.5.1 or earlier?
