When I finish watching a tvshow, if I press the SQUARE to end the show, its Gone.

I cannot see it thru the Kodi interface anymore, so I had to go to the server and delete it manually.  I am now just using the Go Back key so it leaves the episode viewable and I can go thru all the required steps to delete if from the disk too.

Two questions..
What is that SQUARE button for?  Most systems it stops playback, but this one also removes it so it cannot be played again, or allow it to be found there and deleted.. Is there a setting to make that SQUARE button just stop playback and leave it in the list to allow deletion or to replay it?

Second Question,  is there a setting to allow deleting watched episodes in a single click, maybe with an are you sure question you have to acknowledge?  Right now the WAF is saying its too many steps to delete her watched General Hospitals… (Yes I know, I cannot stand soaps either…)  But we need to disk-space back as we use a Dropbox to transfer those shows from home and only have an 8 GB free DB account.  To even make that space constriction work, I have a job that Trans-codes the MPEG2 file to h.265 prior to moving it to the Dropbox for transfer to the motorhome via cellular or Starlink if we aren’t under trees that day.
