Hello developers.
Today I used Linux Manjaro Xfce as a test on my PC, but it is not for the long term.
My PC has an AMD R5 220 video card as open source when installing Linux Manjaro, I installed it and the installation worked normally.
But there was a problem that the HDR AV1 1080p 60 fps with the webm and mp4 files is not playing the HDR.
I did not try to change the VLC playback standard.
I will leave the image file and the videos with you for testing.
Remember that I would like you to save the mp4 and webm file to perform tests on other distros such as KDE, Gnome, Lxde and Lxqt to play the video, so that it can be analyzed if the video plays on other Linux distributions.
Remember that I used FFmpeg and yt-dlp to download the video from YouTube whose name is: Hawaii in 8K | HDR 60FPS
Here is the official link to the downloaded video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFVpSwgCkCo
I will also leave these images, which as you can see, are not playing the video in HDR with VLC:

Also what can The only thing to do is to check if the mp4 and webm 1080p av1 video formats are playing normally in VLC on other distributions.
Such as Linux Mint, Ubuntu and Debian.
But this can be done simply in a virtual machine or on a friend’s PC.
A big hug and many thanks.
So far, Manjaro xfce 24.0.6 AMD R5 220 does not play HDR in videos with AV1 MP4 and WebM.
I believe it is the video card that is not supporting it.
Thank you in advance.
