Kodi 22.0 (21.90.700) – DFF audio files still not playing, was ok in v20

Hi.
Have installed latest version in my FTV stick.
I have a couple of DFF audio files, which cannot be played with Kodi player since version V21.
Kodi is stuck, as soon as a folder containing dff files is selected, when “Enable Tag Reading in File View” is enabled.
If this option is disabled, the files names of a folder containing dff files can be displayed, a file can be selected, it starts to play until end,
but kodi is stuck and does not react to any key stroke anymore, as soon as the file starts to play. It even cannot show that the file is playing.
Please tell me how to produce a valuable log, to analyze further, as kodi is stuck then and has to be killled by FTV keys.
