I am using Kodi 21.1 on my TCL 50C645, but Dolby Vision files are not playing properly. They start playing, stutter a bit and eventually the picture freezes, but audio continues playing. After a few seconds, the video automatically skips ahead by about 30 seconds, and then the same problem occurs again. The same exact file plays fine on this TV using a different app like JustPlayer.
This issue does not occur with non-HDR and HDR10 content.
I have tried simply playing the file from USB to rule out any internet connection issues, but the video plays back equally as poorly. My debug log can be found here: https://paste.kodi.tv/ecoxihipon
