TV Shows Missing Artwork Filter Showing Shows With Artwork

I’m using 2.8.3.1 of TMM.
When I use the filter “Missing artwork” in movies I don’t have the issue: Show are in the list that have art work (Poster, banner, fanart).
Some shows do have actor thumbnails and some don’t.
In the list there is a check mark in the column for artwork.

Any ideas what is missing to cause some shows to populate as missing artwork?
