Has Omega 21.1 been officially released?

More by accident I found out, that there was a commit for Omega release 21.1 on github 3 weeks ago. As this is not mentioned in the news section of the kodi web page, I was wondering, if 21.1 release is now “official” or if there’s still something missing before the release is announced to the public?
