I’ve got a Rpi5b running latest Omega and raspian/debian bookworm and I’m using the on-board bluetooth to send audio to my stereo.
Anything I play in Kodi has a crackle frequently – several times per minute. Using pulseaudio, audio’s fine. Same if using pipewire and HDMI output from my Pi to my TV.
When using pipewire, youtube videos play fine and I’ve got shairport-sync setup too so I can airplay from my phone to the Pi out the bluetooth and that works fine too.
Pipewire reconnects bluetooth on reboot without me having to do extra stuff to make that happen, so I’d like to use it.
Is there some log file that would capture what’s going on with the audio stack that I could use to submit a bug report, or any other help anyone has to offer?
