I’ve had the new Google TV Streamer (4k) since yesterday. Unfortunately, I’m not at all happy with it.
I currently have the following setup.
Vodafone 1 Gigabit Internet.
Fritzbox 6690 with an external hard drive.
I installed Kodi from the store on the Google Streamer and set it up using instructions from the Internet. Connected via SMB to my external hard drive on my Fritzbox 6690.
Now to my problem.
Almost all films won’t play. When you click on a film, nothing happens, just a message appears saying “Content is loading”. Sometimes it also says “The source is too slow”. This applies to all 4k content. 1080p material, on the other hand, works fine. Unfortunately, I only have almost 4k material. Can someone please help me?
