Kodi doesn't play videos

I downoloaded kodi 21.0 on my tv and it works, but when i install the add-on and i open it, i can move into the menus but when i click on the media i wanna plat the app crashes. I don’t know if this is beacause i installed the app by putting directly the file on webOS Dev Manager. Can someone help me?
