I am having problems with the audio dropping out. This issue started after I updated from XBMC 11 to KODI 16.1. I know it’s an issue with KODI, because if I play my movies in WMC or VLC the audio plays perfectly. I’ve experimented with just about every audio setting in KODI and nothing I do helps.
I’ve tried turning passthrough on and off and it still drops out. I tried WASPI and Direct and still drops out. I’ve read some threads about audio and video sync issues, but I don’t see any options in KODI to adjust that (not sure if it’s the issue anyway).
I’m running KODI 16.1 on a Windows 7 PC. I’m using HDMI out from the computer to my TV.
I’ve uploaded the logs files here:

In the log file I watched the movie Gravity (MKV file with AC3). After just a couple of minutes the audio started to drop out. When I had debugging enabled I saw that the CPU usage was very low (less than 5%) and there was plenty of RAM available. Oh, and I will even notice the audio dropping when scrolling through the KODI menus.
Can anyone tell me what’s going on here?
