New Kodi user want help with live tv

Hi, I am a newer kodi user, I mucked about with it awhile ago trying to get live tv but gave up. I have a few questions #1
How can I clear my Kodi? after installing the newest version all my old addons and stuff are there and i want a fresh start.
#2 What addon can i get to watch live tv?
I want TBS anything else is a bonus, Thanks
