MLS LIVE add on help, where is username??

Hi all, just got the mls live app for kodi and it only says add username to settings, but tbere is no username anywhere for me to type in. Only in system settings us username “kodi” but is blurred out and cant use it. How do i open this app, and isnt registration free? Thank you
