Somehow I disabled the live tv, In system details live tv details is disabled. How do activate live tv?

Trying to install Pseudo TV and Lunatixs being an important step according to the guide and it fails when trying to install it through SuperRepo. I tried some random other repo and it worked.

I'm having some issues with Kodi on UbuntuMATE 16.04 LTS. Simply put it refuses to launch for some reason. I've tried removing it and installing other builds such as the nghtly and even the unstable builds but to no avail. Can som eone please help me fix this issue? Here is the contents of the crash log it created when i tried to launch it via terminal.
