I use Kodi a lot to play all my music in "Party mode" and start a picture slide show that goes over my pictures random. However, since (I think) 17.1 if I start "Party mode" and then go to the pictures and start a random slide show the music keeps on ...

I am new to this my firestick worked fine then it said 17.0 is stable but there is a update to 17.1 and now when I try to go anywhere it freezes up

My understanding is for kodi 17 you need min lollipop anddoid version. I m running kodi on zaptv iptv box and I am not sure this is possible to change android os on this box. Haz anyone tried it? Thanks

Installed kodi 17 have win 7. Everything works fine until I click to play a movie. Then it says opening stream .... working in bottom right corner for about 3 seconds, then it freezes, you can see the play button on the bottom left but that is it. I have to run task manager to shut down kodi. I've installed 16 again and even the latest 17.1 which I'm on now. Ive done complete wipe of kodi 3 times and fresh installs with exact same error every time. I tried upload log fine but when I try that within kodi it just spins and freezes. Not sure what to do next.

I'm aware you're not supposed to post log file, but I wanted to post last few lines to give some help with my problem since the auto uploader wouldn't work within kodi and I couldn't' figure out the paste bin option. Sorry
