so i installed kodi on the tablet but it wont play any media any ideas why?

I had install 17 64bit stable on my Shield TV (2017) manually which running great, but for google play store it seems only install 32bit version of 17 on it, Is there any reason which it prefer 32bit? I heard that armv8 are better then armv7+neon
