Accessing shares on the network connection intermittent

I just got a new HiMedia Q5Pro box and I’ve been having random issues of it connecting to my network shares.
Originally, I had a windows PC running kodi in its place and it accesses my shares on the network and never had any issue, I also have 2 other windows systems on the Same network all working fine.

So, the Q5Pro will work fine when I click on the SMB share then intermittently it will stop working and says connection refused/connection time out. Then randomly starts to work a later time, ignore the bad plugin in the log as I just tried to get an internet connection to make sure the network was still live which it was (I removed some of the redundant lines, then if I click on another computer listed on my network it will prompt me for the username and password. Seems this is the error part in the log

unix_err:'6e' error : 'Connection timed out'
