Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

I noticed there was no RC* after the 2/1/2017 build of Krypton. In play store KODI is also updated to Krypton but it says Beta on my phone. Can someone confirm if KODI final is released? If it is - why no announcement? Looking to get clarity here.
