are there still jitter issues with USB DAC/soundcards on the RPi? Any reccommendations?

Ich habe kodi auch mein Windows 10 drauf gemacht.
Jetzt würde ich gern über play Listen. M3u benutzten und der meldet mir immer soll die log Datei ansehen aber ich weiß nicht wo die sind
Wie kann ich mit ein addons iptv bekommen wo ich germanischen und Portugal rein bekomme?
