Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

So by typing in the above in my install add-ons it should give me some options for adult addons

since Beta 7 i got the following Problem. When i turn on Kodi the PVR Manager is trying to start. It stays with "PVR-Manager is starting" at least 15-20 seconds and then the hint disappears. But the Addon isn´t connecting. Win10 PC and also Rasp with Libreelec.

If i install back to Beta 6 everything works great. Someone knows where the Problem might be?

@Hostname i tested my local IP and also 127.0.0.1 as Localhost. Same Problem.
