Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

I found quite a workaround for this problem :

1° - Use GIF, But in this solution the size and resolution of the GIF is inadequate and does not provide smooth animation,I did however find a gif 1920x1080 on giphy a fire fireplace not too heavy that comes out perfectly but it is an open fire .....

2° - Transforming a video GIF regardless of the resolution and the GIF weight, but the problem is that the GIF works, Kodi load, but the GIF loops continuously during first 2 seconds of video.

3° - Use cinemagraphs, but that's not what I'm looking


It seems there is a limitation in terms of size and weight of KODI GIF that can load, I'm no expert but it is clear from my experiences with.

The video that I turned into GIF is faune.wmv video included with Windows 7, a first GIF to 160x90 dimensions, weight 12MB, GIF takes place during the entire length of the video as a fanart but with poor quality.
The second GIF, 1280x720 size, weight 384MB, Turn buckle during first 2 seconds.
