Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

That pretty much says it all, no matter the skin, I pick a skin, a window pops stating install (skin name) and within 5 - 10 the program is frozen and needs a set of fingers. Where do I go (yep been there)/ how do I troubleshoot this?

More often than not, I see addons are old and inoperative. Is is just me. The pdf addon will not open a pdf book....or pdfs in general? The Hubble addon likewise does not access anything. Normal? Thanks.
