Looking at some of the responces, Kodi will not open up for me after it was downloaded on my laptop. I saw about a file called addons27.db but how to get to file step by step. any assistance will be helpful. Again I cannot open Kodi at all.

Upgraded to krypton 17. Used to put shortcuts on banner menu by going to system /setting / appearance/ skin settings. That path is no longer there. How do I add shortcuts now?
