I think i worded my last thread wrong so my kodi dissapeared off my android box and i reinstalled it but its not working properly and wont bring anything up would i need to get a new box?

No Sound on Kodi
My Kodi 6.0.1 has somehow muted itself again, it has the 'audio auto detection' greyed out and try as I might I can not fix it.
I have read through threads and watched tutorials and tried 3-4 ways to fix it (which worked the last time) but there's no "advanced settings" tab option in my home screen of my X96 so i'm unable to try that approach unless someone can help direct me to where that is?
Also…not really tech savvy so "step by step' help would be much appreciated.
