Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

I am using Krypton 17.1. I have no issues until i shut my pc off. everyday when i first open Kodi, all my settings are reset and all add-ons are gone. i've been searching the internet for answers and none seem to really apply. Can anyone help?

I have and addon that records IPTV and the recorded videos are created in a folder. I want to configure in some way, that the file is automatically deleted after 30 days from its creation.. I use OSMC. Is possible?
