Kodi for PC IOS Football Addons IPTV M3u Sports

I just switched to my other pc which has vista.The file sharing tabs are on but when I go to my fire stick under install from zip files,then to windows smb it says no shared files.What do I need to fix this so I can add the add ons to it.Thanks

I have Kodi 16.1 Jarvis pre installed on a OTT TV box 4k, I can watch 1 program only and Kodi stops working and I get the message that Kodi is not responding. I restart Kodi and I can watch 1 show and it stops responding again. Any suggestions?
