No tv icon pvr list can’t watch anuthing

Ok so just opened and connected to wifi a new Lodi tonbox system .. running 15.1.1 . There is no tv icon on the bar and having read followed every link on you tube and safari I can’t find a pvr client list also , plus no live tv enable button just tv
I go to system settings try enable Tv but get message no pvr available need tuner and backends press ok and go to add on and no lists come up , if I press add add on I can’t see any pvr simple client etc etc
So far can’t access anything just lots boxes icons and nothing plays
Under video tab I tried iplayer nothing starts
Also list doesn’t look like any blue lists on help sites .. no windows computer available all done via Lodi remote on screen
Bought to watch tv hmmm money thrown away
