current everything had disappeared and nothing streams

Good morning, hoping someone can help with a video issue. My movies selection somehow reverted to 1970 and under (to 1921) being the most recent year I can choose movies from. But they won’t stream. The box also won’t stream any TV shows, Netflix or anything. Help!
