Teletext and DVD Menu keyboard controls?

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Media Center Remote with clear, enter, teletext and 4 colour buttons.

To control Kodi with this remote:

Keyboard Controls: Keyboard_controls (wiki)

With Advanced MCE Remote Mapper Tool I have changed some buttons:

Recorder TV = K
Guide = E
Live TV = H

The problem is that I can’t find keyboard control for DVD Menu and teletext buttons.

Is there any control so that when I start playing dvd I can press DVD Menu button to go directly to menu structure of that dvd?
The same question for teletext button: When watching Live TV I would like to be able to go directly to teletext.
At this moment I need to press OK to open OSD menu and press couple times right Arrow button to select TXT and press again OK to open it.

It should also be nice to be able to use coloured buttond (red, green, yellow, blue) when teletext is open.
